Denial of Fee Refund – Major Reason of Kota Student Suicides. When it comes to refund, coaching institutes categorically deny refund to student, adopt time passing & mentally harassing tactics or try to persuade the student so as to buy more time so that student remains trapped in their coaching. Students are not aware that as per court order, coaching institutes are bound to refund the remaining fee from date of application for refund. If student is aware, coaching institutes take many months of time so that student is not able to take admission elsewhere or student is not able to take private local tuitions or return the borrowed money. It blocks all options of student. Student feels pressured & takes extreme step.
